We use a print-on-demand company to ensure quality & timely production for orders. This means all products are unique and produced once, as ordered. This also means returns and exchanges are not supported. Orders do take 15-30 days to be delivered, due to third party printing. If you order the wrong size, design, or change your mind, we are unable to offer a refund. However, in the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us before 30 days of product delivery if you provide a clear photo showing the issue. Please note that we will not be held responsible/ will not offer reprints or refunds if a customer ordered the wrong size or design. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. *For canvas products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
